All EYES ON RAFAH GENOCIDE 

All eyes on Rafah is currently trending all over the world. The serious war battle between Hamas and Israel had reached its worst stage. The war between these has taken many innocent civilians' lives over these past few months. On 26th May 2024, the Israel army attached the Rafah, where the woman and children of Palestine people got their shelter. More than 45 civilians lost their lives and approximately 250 people had several medical issues. After this incident, many celebrities and leader gave their voice to civilians of Palestine in social media by spreading the #All eyes on Rafah

Now, in this current scenario, the Rafah field has turned into a genocide site. What is genocide? Does genocide have any close connection with Israel?

Genocide

Genocide is when a group of people tries to completely destroy another group because of their race, religion, nationality, or ethnicity. This can include killing people, causing serious harm, or making life so hard that the group can’t survive. It also includes stopping people from having children or taking children away. Genocide is a very serious crime. Some well-known examples are the Holocaust and the Rwandan Genocide.

 Now, the current scenario of Rafah also is commonly called Genocide. Let’s see it in detail.

Story of Jews

Jews and Israel are not different groups of people. They are one at the same. They began their origin from their forefather Abraham who came to Present day Israel many thousand years before. Yahweh, God of Israel gave that land to Abraham. Later, it was given to his descendants like Esa and Jacob. The descendants of Jacob were called as Israelites. The 12 sons of Jacob were known as the 12 clans of Israel. 

After many struggles over many years, they became a nation under the kingship of Saul, who was succeeded by David. After the regime of King Solomon, the Kingdom was split into two nations. The Israelites had undergone many slaveries, genocides, and exiles. They built a temple for Yahweh in Jerusalem twice. It was demolished by the Babylonians and Romans respectively. 

They called themselves God's chosen race. This puritanism of Jews gave them many historical marks. Even though they faced many trials and genocides, they survived because of their Knowledge and Unity. In the later 19th century, they came to Palestine and occupied that land slowly by buying the land for money and weighing war with the help of the UK. On 14th May 1948, Israel became a Nation. Now, this Israel is centered in the Middle East.

Israel Vs Palestine

Both these groups had a very big long fight story with one another. Even the events of their war battle are evident in the Bible too. That war continues today. In the later period of the 19th century, Jews i.e., Israelites formed a community called Zionism which planned to make a separate country for Jews. They decided to come to their homeland i.e., present day Israel. At that time, it was called Palestine and ruled by Muslims. 

The Zionist people had decided to buy a huge amount of land in Palestine. They did it with the help of donations from wealthy Jews. Slowly, they bought half of the Palestine. The Zionists brought their people to Palestine. Where the Jews got rich and native Palestine people became servants to Jews. After occupying the cognizable amount of land, Zionists formed an army and attacked Palestine with the help of the UK. Jews chased the native Palestine people and occupied the land. 

On 29 November 1947, the partition of Palestine was done with some agreement between Israel and Palestine. This agreement triggered a fire in both nations. As a result of it, many terrorist groups emerged in Israel and Palestine. One of the terrorist groups is Hamas, which holds the control of Gaza Strip. Hamas and Israel both are taking the lives of innocent civilians. Native Palestine people live as refugees on their own this scene continues till today.

Israel…Genocide…

More than any other race in this world Jews know the pain of genocide and exile because they are the only race who struggled under the regime of many kings in various people. More than half of the population of Israel had lost their life in various genocides. Amorites, the Philistines, Babylonians, Romans, and Nazis had demonstrated genocide against Jews. They have the scar of it. But, now they are doing the same cruelty to others that they experienced. With full arms, Israel attacks the pure innocents. It can be called as Genocide.

No other Arab countries came forward to help Palestine. South Africa raised its voice against Israel's cruelty. USA supports the Israel by selling the arms to Israel.

The war is to be between equals. If not, it is Genocide.
